The new airport has made it very easy to get from the airport to Rafina - the port for Andros. BY BUS - From outside the airport terminal directly to Rafina and from the port to the airport, between the hours of 6.00 am and 11.00pm. BY TAXI - From the taxi stand outside the airport terminal, taxis are available 24 hours a day and from the port where the ferries dock taxis are available as the boats arrive. Boat trip to Andros takes 2 hours by ordinary ferry service Ferry Boat Timetables Super Ferry II F/B Theologos P.
Daily excursions and tours of the Island can be organized with a guide that speaks English. Daily outings consist of visits to monasteries, monuments, museums & water mills. Group trekking-hiking to many of the most popular areas of the island. Swimming, boating and a variety of water sports are available.
